Martin Beckett

I like to bring personality to my images, whether I am working in Paper, Plasticine or Pixel. It is important to me that each images retains a hand-made charm (even when it is created digitally). When I create my digital images I like to celebrate the pixel and vector elements that only this medium can bring you, but as everything is originally created from a hand drawn sketch I always retain the hand-made charm. My Plasticine images are all hand made…you can see the thumb prints. I was recently selected for Showcase 100, an exhibition of the top 100 illustrators in the world according to The Little Chimp Society. I have recently started a Paper sculpture portfolio, which you can see on my website www.onetreestudio.co.uk/paper.html
