Rachel Corcoran

Rachel Corcoran is a freelance illustrator and designer based in Dublin, Ireland. Having originally qualified as an archaeologist and art historian, Rachel now works exclusively as a professional image maker. Rachel’s illustrations evoke a sense of wonder and whimsy, and her love and knowledge of history and long-forgotten worlds is captured within her work. Rachel has provided illustrations and designs for publications, products and galleries around the world. She works mainly with digital media, but her style is very much an ode to traditional techniques, with sketchy pencil lines and painted textures.

Rachel is hoping to gain more commissions, and is open to working on a wide variety of projects – from children’s/adult books, to fashion illustrations, advertising, packaging, and editorials. Please visit her website for more images and information.

Selected clients include Usborne Publishing, The O’Brien Press, Kerry Group and Failte Ireland.
