The Illustrators' Guild of Ireland is a non-profit organisation established in 2000 to support the development of illustration in Ireland by showcasing illustrators' work and by fostering links with similar organisations at home and abroad.
Irish Illustration continues to go from strength to strength
The IGI has established a community of illustrators within Ireland and provides a means by which these artists can promote themselves individually and through group activities. The IGI aims to improve communication and co-operation between Irish illustrators and with our peers abroad. As communication between illustrators improves, so too do the standards for both the work itself and the business practices of members.
The IGI Awards are an annual IGI event judged externally by some of the biggest international illustration names.
Past Judges have included: Stephen Heller, Brad Holland, Phoebe Yeh, Milton Glaser, Nate Williams, Micheal Gillette, Ian Anderson.
