Steve Simpson Illustrates New Stamp

To celebrate Apimondia 2005 An Post is issuing a 65c stamp illustrated by IGI member Steve Simpson.
The international Apimondia Congress is to be held in Dublin from 21 to 26 August 2005. Apimondia promotes co-operation of beekeepers’ associations, scientific bodies and individuals involved in apiculture worldwide.
New Book Illustrated by Peter Donnelly

Rudaí a Chonaic Mé (Things I saw), was written by Siobhán Ní Dhúill and is part of the Foras na Gaeilge Séidean Sí project which aims to promote the Irish Language in schools.
The book is a simple story about an inquisitive 5-year-old girl and the things she discovers on a nighttime adventure throughout her home.
