I am an illustrator and children’s author from Cork living in London. I came here to study for an MA in illustration in 2010 and since then I have worked with various publishers in the UK and in Ireland e.g. Andersen Press, Walker Books, Templar Publishing, Little Island, An Gúm, Faber and Faber, Bloomsbury and Barrington Stoke.

The illustrations from my newest picture book Gringer the Whinger  by Jane Landy (Golden Key Publishing) won commendation at the Institute Designers Ireland Awards 2017.

Yoga Babies by Fearne Cotton (Andersen Press) is out now.

The first Dave Pigeon book by Swapna Haddow (Faber and Faber) was shortlisted for the Sainsbury’s Children’s Book Award 2016, the Sheffield Children’s Book Award 2017, the Leicester Children’s Book Award 2017 and it won both the Surrey Libraries Children’s Book Award and the North Somerset Teacher’s Book Awards. We are now making the fourth in the series.

My illustrations for Billy Button Telegram Boy by Sally Nicholls (Barrington Stoke) were shortlisted for the CBI Book of the Year Award 2017.

The strengths of my work are character, humour and colour.
